TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS |

We have a three-tier system of processing the transcription work using the latest transcription resources available to ensure greater accuracy and easier accessibility.
FIRST TIER: Medical Transcription. Our medical transcriptionists have a work experience of over 3 to 5 years in transcription work and are highly productive and quality oriented.
SECOND TIER: Editing/Proof-reading. Our Editors have work experience of 5-7 years in the industry and would edit/proof-read the documents processed by the medical transcriptionist.
THIRD TIER: Quality Assurance/Audit. Finally, we have four quality assurance leads with more than ten years of experience in the industry and have worked in managerial capacity in various companies who would undertake an audit on the documents processed by the editors ensuring for accuracy and bring it to desired deliverable mode and send it to the client. Personnel with over 8 years of experience in the industry forms this group. All work performed by our highly skilled and experienced transcriptionists is reviewed, proofread, and verified using the latest medical resources to ensure accuracy. |

CONFIDENTIALITY: Records are held to the highest standard. We are HIA/HIPAA compliant. We provide an encrypted, password-protected server, as well as encrypted e-mail. Each client is provided a confidentiality agreement, ensuring the privacy of dictation and transcription. All of our transcriptionists are bound by the same rigid confidentiality standards. Confidentiality can only be assured when using secure methods of file transfer. |
