Daily Processing
The primary focus of Doctranz is timely, accurate download, posting and reconciliation of files from a wide variety of custodians on a daily basis. This includes setting up new accounts and securities as well as the correct processing of corporate actions. Assigned account managers provide a single point of contact that can provide knowledgeable answers about any aspect of their advisor’s data.
Additional Services
In addition to daily processing, account managers and supporting staff perform other services as requested by advisors. Those may include manual data entry, printing and mailing reports, processing and uploading management fees, creating and uploading files to web sites, or other projects that allow the advisor to focus on their primary business.
Consulting Projects
Doctranz has the expertise and the staff to set up a new databases focusing on the needs of the advisor and their operational constraints. In the case of existing databases, Doctranz will perform a comprehensive audit and report findings or resolve specific problems at the request of advisors.
Database Conversions
Doctranz has dedicated staff to handle the conversion of data from one portfolio management system to another or from one contact management system to another. We do, however, restrict our activities to those systems where we have significant expertise.
